Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Natalie is a global leadership coach, motivational speaker, and cultural activist. Internationally recognized as a social innovator, she has partnered with multiple Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement strategic solutions for engaging underserved communities across the globe.
With over 15 years of experience in international development, project management, and finance, Natalie excels at building teams and uniting stakeholders across multiple sectors to tackle some of the world’s most complex social and organizational challenges.

Daniel is an intercultural development advisor, qualitative researcher, and writer known for enhancing cross-cultural understanding and facilitating effective learning experiences. At Galanthus International, Daniel leads the design of culturally attuned and human-centered approaches to organizational leadership.
