In recent years, organizations have struggled with declining performance, rising burnout, and high employee turnover. Unfortunately, organizations tend to misinterpret these appeals for healthier work environments as childish expressions of entitlement, further widening the perception gap between how executive management teams and their employees experience and understand well-being concerns in the workplace.
